Benátky Forest Park revitalization

The forest (covering an area of 23,7 hectares) is the site of a former open-air swimming pool and an area of ponds known as “Benátky”. The area will be revitalized and opened up to the public as a sports and leisure destination. The ponds – a unique biotope within the city – will be revitalized, including the creation of a leisure meadow with a kiosk, a children´s play area and an outdoor fitness facility for adults.
