“Decorative fountain in front of the church on Stojan’s Square”, the last among the projects from the first year of the participatory budget of the Mariánské Hory a Hulváky City District, was completed. This project was longer than expected due to the complicated technical solution and the search for a suitable technology supplier.
Repairs started in the spring of 2018. The underground part has undergone a complete renovation and now includes automatic water sensors to replenish circulating water, coarse and fine filtering and an automatic dispenser of preparations for good water quality. Water lines in the actual fountain body were repaired and then a new rotating nozzle was installed to create a water figure which is approximately one meter tall.
Three LED lights with a twilight switch were built into the fountain itself. The fountain nozzle is open every day from 8.30am to 10.00pm.
