Revitalization of the Komenského Sady park

This extensive park in the heart of Ostrava’s central district is one of the largest urban parks in the Czech Republic, covering around 30 hectares and boasting over 3 000 trees. The revitalization project has doubled the size of the lawn areas, adding new benches and litter bins. This much-loved park is an increasingly popular destination for leisure and sports, strolls, outdoor dance, yoga, jogging, and much more.
